During layoff season lately of 2023 and early of 2024, I decided to take this course because I wanted to learn more about UI/UX even I have been in software development many years. Tbh, I would not change my career path to be an UI/UX designer but I believe this course will get me completely understanding process of how a product would be developed.
Google UX Design Certificate is an online course and self-paced. It was hosted by Coursera. You have to finish 7 of the 7 courses in this course to archive the certificate.
Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design
Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate
Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes
Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts
Create High-Fidelity Designs and Prototypes in Figma
Build Dynamic User Interfaces (UI) for Websites
Design a User Experience for Social Good & Prepare for Jobs
It took me a month and half to finish all courses.
As I mentioned, it's 100% remote, online learning, and self-paced. I enrolled it by starting a monthly subscription on Coursera which is CAD$66 and ended up with CAD$132 in total.
Thanks for reading.
